feat(workloads): replace Roles() with RoleDistribution() on MultiVMWorkload#141

…rkload Add RoleSpec struct and RoleDistribution() method to the MultiVMWorkload interface, replacing the flat Roles() list. Each RoleSpec declares the VM count for a single role, eliminating integer division truncation in the orchestrator and enabling asymmetric role counts (e.g. 1 controller + 5 workers). Update NetworkWorkload and TPSWorkload to implement RoleDistribution(), derive VMCount() from the sum of per-role counts, and update the orchestrator to iterate RoleDistribution() directly instead of dividing VMCount() by len(Roles()).
